Jon Chan has spent his entire career in the accounting and finance world. With the uncertainty that COVID brought, he decided to create a financial safety net. Looking through the different options, he landed onto real estate. He was honestly shocked at the amount of information available, yet not taught in the traditional education system and has decided to make a change. He’s taking the knowledge and experience gained from the many different paths he’s taken in the real estate world and is dedicated to applying it to those who have a desire to build wealth.
CAITLYN BEALS
After a decade of managing projects in higher education, Caitlyn joined Aces Management to be the glue that holds everything together. Caitlyn oversees critical aspects of Aces Management, including streamlining pipelines for private money lenders and borrowers, and enhancing operational efficiency with structures and systems that keep the team moving forward in the same direction at the same time. Caitlyn’s Top 5 Clifton Strengths are Relator, Discipline, Responsibility, Arranger, and Consistency, which means that she cares about the individuals at the heart of Aces Management’s ecosystem, and she will follow through to get things done. Caitlyn is a member of Top Tier Transaction Coordinator and has her Operator, Safety, and Ethics badges.
CHRIS TEN EYCK
As the latest member to Ace Management team, Chris oversees day-to-day finance operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis; he is responsible for aligning the financial goals to the overall vision of Ace Management. With a background in Finance and Accounting and a Masters degree in Finance, Chris brings over a decade of experience in financial transformation, process improvement, automation, and reporting. As an active real estate investor with a $1M AUM portfolio, he is deeply familiar with the industry and is a member of Pace Morby’s Gator community.
